Need to translate your PAL footage into NTSC for display on TV's in the USA or Japan? We use the best MPEG-2 encoding software for PAL to NTSC conversion and you can be sure of the highest quality result.
Our process is as follows:

Capture your footage to computer from VHS,
mini-DV cassette or Super 8
Edit the footage if you wish in our non-linear editing software
Convert the footage to NTSC if you wish
Encode the footage to MPEG-2 or MPEG_1
Author the DVD /VCD with menus if you wish
Write the finished file to DVD/VCD
